A customized, confidential, and structured process wherever you are.


  • Coaching process and goals co-created uniquely for you, respecting your situation and bearing your strengths, style, and timeline in mind
  • Sessions are typically 1 hour in length, 2-4 weeks apart and conducted via Skype or phone; in-person sessions available to St. Cloud, MN area clients
  • Mutually agreed upon assignments between sessions, most typically: assessments, reading, behavioral experiments, and/or written reflection
  • As my client, I expect that you invest in the process, maintain your commitments, and show up in a real way in our sessions
  • As your coach, you can expect that I will be professional, prepared, and responsive
